Career Advice - Self Development - Balancing My Extrovert Nature



This advice is part of two part series on introverts and extroverts in the workplace - we'll start with extroverts. Extroverted people are easily recognizable because they tend to gravitate to the center of the crowd and love to be right in the middle of the action. They tend to seek attention. When it comes to work in organizations are usually extroverts in roles such as sales people or other roles that have a high responsibility for people to interact. But what happens when a group of workers are heavily weighted towards openness? Well, they lack some of the gifts that introverts bring the party, for example, meant to reflect on the issues!
