have the best opportunity for career advancement is continuously improving results, which are responsible for. However, just focusing on results is not enough. The real key is to determine what caused the results you've achieved, what you learned or gleaned from experience and what adjustments can improve results in future projects.
Here is a proven method or process for better performance: Ask yourself, or as a team, and (7) questions after each completed project, if the project is a success or failure. That way you'll improve the next project to follow only after several reviews of these projects success or failure will be obvious to everyone why. Equally important is that everyone uses the same criteria for measuring success or failure. This is something that is worth doing after every project and should require more than two or three hours.
* What was the goal?
* What was actually achieved?
* What was done to try to score a goal?
* What worked well?
* What does not work well?
* What are the lessons learned?
* The same can be done differently next time to improve performance? Instead of getting emotional, stay logical. Apply a bar-raising process for each project that requires 500-1000 man hours to complete, but that is not used for a particular task or activity.
Follow these steps for major projects, which deal with, and you advice for your career significantly.
