Career Advice - Tackling Limiting Beliefs



What are the "limiting beliefs"? Basically, it's that 'thing' that holds us back in our lives and whose main goal is to silence the living soul within each of us. Limiting beliefs are what I call "interference", the things that gets in the way of our true potential, our talents and what they really want in our lives. Some People May be called, inner critic, machine guns and / or Gremlin. My Gremlin, fortunately, there is only one and that we all have one, it shows in my life using different tactics. Depending on time, it can use fear, worry, what if, anxiety, frustration, procrastination, impatience, not just suspicion, and several others.

The good news is that I use my Gremlin to my advantage. Earlier this spring, I had a chance to listen to the chapter speaks of "Taming Your Gremlin". That experience catapulted my awareness and choice about my Gremlin to another level. First, I notice and am aware of that and I have been for quite some time. I believe below any 'interference' me cause she actually has a positive intention and I use that to my advantage and it works. Secondly, when it comes out to play in my head, I use a four-step technique, which is a positive ritual i blend in my life. using these techniques may remain in the driver's seat of my life and not let it have a field day with me. Third, I identify an anchor or reference site that I use when he tries to "seduce and ZAP all the positive energy from me."

I am happy to share a four-step technique that I use to celebrate on a daily basis, because it works in my life and what my trip much more enjoyable, productive, creative and sretan.Drugi you notice or become aware of the voice babbling away in her head, using the negative thoughts to create a story and seduce the viewing and listening to it, try the following:

Practicing the 4-step technique, immediately remove from the head (thinking), leave the story (gremlin) and return to the here and now in your body. When practiced every time Gremlin comes to play, I can confirm I am no longer deceive the horror stories. As a result of growth, I am experiencing life without nearly as much noise.

I offer my experience and activities for you to consider implementing in your own life.
