I Want a Better Job - Career Advice

other day, someone asked why I wrote so much about jobs, careers and employment? Well, it's easy, it's one of the hottest topics is due to our high unemployment figures are now in the midst of the political season. Perhaps what you meant, why write so much about work when you never really was one - a job that is. True, I have always been self-employed, however, as an employer, I would say that my perspective is perfectly honed to give you a bird's perspective on the information you need to get a better deal. Ok, so, now that I have your attention, let's talk about it for a few moments.

Luckily for you, this is not another career advice self-help articles, my goal is to help you help yourself and get in the right frame of mind and your thinking is paramount to your future career. It is imperative that you make the right choice today, to guide their future careers, while you are job hunting or considering changing jobs. Now we can sit here and play the blame game all day and find criticism with college degrees, a variety of industries and government and political intervention.

, however, believe that simply talking like that, and gives me an insight of observation and experience, if this is too much for you, then just go read the article to help other people "feel good" - This article is about the jobs and professional careers. Now, therefore, you can sit back and enjoy the unemployment until it runs out, no skin off my nose. However, I hope you will hear me on this.

See, as an employer, I was looking for people who are "alive" and "became the" as if flowing with personality, with agile minds that could think and reason on the fly. It has always been important to me than all that were carefully crafted to resume with the help of a friend or services may be hired to make them "look good" on paper. People are not one-dimensional and nothing written on the resume should be taken with a grain of salt anyway.

One thing I'd ever do is ask questions about your work history, and if they continually excuse, then so would I - and I would like to apologize to the interview or make an excuse why I could not hire them. At some point people need to learn, and what excuses the silly way to make your way in the world. Please consider all this and think about it.
